When oscillating heat pipes are not the right fit, ThermAvant Technologies provides capillary-driven vapor chambers and heat pipes. For microchip applications, we have custom-made copper vapor chambers capable of transferring hundreds of watts across lengths up to 25 cm. For conventional heat pipes, we source cylindrical or flattened copper heat pipes in a variety of sizes, shapes, and finishes.
