Applications
We optimize cold plates’ pressure drop and flow rates to accurately control the temperature of mission-critical devices using actively-pumped liquid coolant. We can design micro-channel or tube-in-plate solutions depending on your specifications.
In other cases, we design and deliver two-phase cold plates where a refrigerant evaporates inside the cold plate. This minimizes flow rate and maximizes heat transfer coefficients or maximum heat flux levels.
Our cold plates are used in aircraft, ships, and terrestrial platforms for both civilian and government customers.
