ThermAvant Participates in 2025 National Security Crossroads (NSC) Stakeholder Workshop

ThermAvant recently took part in the National Security Crossroads (NSC) Stakeholder Workshop, an initiative bringing together government, industry, and academic leaders from Missouri and Kansas to strengthen the region’s role in national defense.

The event spotlighted the shared commitment of both states to grow a collaborative defense ecosystem. More than 120 attendees gathered for a series of presentations and discussions around defense sector opportunities, challenges, and investment potential.

Keynote speakers included UMKC Chancellor Dr. C. Mauli Agrawal and U.S. Congressman Mark Alford (MO – 4), who emphasized the importance of the NSC’s regional vision and the need for greater inter-state cooperation to advance mission-critical technologies.

The workshop reinforced the importance of cross-sector collaboration in advancing the defense industrial base. ThermAvant is proud to be part of this broader effort to drive innovation and build national security capacity through regional partnership.
